De FUE-methode (Follicular Unit Extraction) is een van de modernste en meest gebruikte haartransplantatietechnieken en zorgt voor natuurlijk ogende resultaten. Het is onlangs nog een stap verder gegaan, door het gebruik van saffierbladen. FUE uitgevoerd met saffiermessen is geen nieuwe techniek; het is eerder een innovatie voor een toch al betrouwbaar proces.
DHI METHOD
DHI-haartransplantatiechirurgie is een nieuwere procedure vergeleken met FUE en is vergelijkbaar met de FUE-techniek. Tijdens de DHI-procedure worden het aanmaken van de kanalen en de implantatie tegelijkertijd voltooid. Haartransplantatie wordt beschouwd als een niet-invasieve procedure. De gebruikte plaatselijke verdoving heeft een langdurige pijnstillende werking, waardoor de patiënt geen enkele vorm van pijn ervaart. Het geopereerde gebied blijft na de operatie enkele uren relatief gevoelloos. In de dagen na de ingreep kunnen patiënten een lichte pijn ervaren in het ontvangst- en donorgebied, maar deze verdwijnt binnen enkele dagen.

Hoe lang duurt een haartransplantatieprocedure?

The only drawbacks that our patients experience are mostly post-operative: itching, some headaches and a slight swelling. But they disappear within a few days also medication for these will be given.
